Drainage Problems, problems! Down spout discharging to close to the house. Improper ground slope at this area of the house. Underground discharge pipe installed improperly and is broken. Note the large foundation crack due to this situation going on for many years. The original owners should have hired us. Estimated repairs $4,400! |
Chimney We'll just call this one the block house. Everything including the chimney was inappropriately made of concrete block. Note the precarious position of the A/C power disconnect. Also the block wall has settlement issues throughout. Estimated savings to our clients $11,500. |
Roof Leak This was an easy one to spot. Obviously there was a roof leak which was confirmed earlier when we walked the roof. |
