Q- What should I ask a Home Inspector upon calling?

1. You should ask any potential Home Inspector if they are a member of any trade organizations. This is especially important.
2. You should ask if the Inspector has sufficient insurance to cover you in case he misses an important item on your inspection that say costs $5000 or more. Home Inspectors are human and do make mistakes. This way, you will know that you will be covered in this event
3. Ask the Inspector how much he charges. Be wary of inspectors who quote a below normal price. There is a reason for this and it is probably not to your benefit.
