A- We personally do not market to or carry on business relationships with realtors. We work for you and carrying on business relationships with realtors could comprise the integrity of our services. Many home inspectors rely on realtor referrals for their income and may be tempted into appeasing the realtors and their sale instead of working 100% for the client. If a realtor does refer us, they probably already know that we will not "soften" the results to your home inspection report. We simply do not count on their referrals in the future.
