Q- How Many Inspectors Does Your Company Have?

A- That depends on the time of the year. The Home Inspection business as with Real Estate in general, is a seasonal business. Meaning our calls come mostly in the spring, summer and fall. During slow periods of business we have our home inspectors work on various administrative, marketing and business projects.

I try to personally perform many inspections as I possibly can, since there is no one better to represent my own company. If it is not possible for me to inspect your potential home, I will tell you during our initial phone consultation.

All of our inspectors have been interviewed and screened by myself. We do not accept anyone who is does not have at least 10 years of construction and/or engineering experience. All of our inspectors, including myself, are members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors in which we have to pass the Code of Ethics, Technical/Industry Proficiency and industry Standards of Practice examinations. We also meet or exceed all required continuing education requirements set forth by NACHI.
